Depends on the throttle body,
If its an original Z22se TB that has been bored out and nothing else has changed the original pipe should fit
VX used that small pipe for a reason,
with a larger one fitted it will allow larger volumes of air to enter the engine (good thing for power figures)
but maybe at the expense of drive-ability/torque
i.e the air will have less velocity at lower RPM (similar effect when a inlet port has been enlarged too much)
