Today i fixed the issue with mine 2.4 Manifold and 2.0 SC Throttle body.
But after the suppressor mod on my car i got a strange low noise constantly occurring from the alternator.
The suppressor is the stock one but a bit sanded to fit the 2.4 Manifold.
When the car is starting there is no sound at all, but after a few minutes it started.
The sound is not a leak, because even after i push the car to 6500rpm the sound is the same, after 2500rpm i am not able to hear the sound anymore, because the engine is louder than the sound.
I've tried to listen from where it is coming from and the source sounds like the alternator.
Do you think that the stock suppressor can do that and if yes can you give me a link from where i can buy tested suppressor for an Astra with 100A alternator.
