Grille options..(BLACK)

...been having a play about, some German company offer a non-standard grille for my car but it`s not the best looking thing in the world plus it works out quite expensive.
What are peoples views on these...
Standard.

All Black.

Or Black & Red.

Both Red

Quite like the single red in this picture, front end shots makes it look quite bulbous!!

ive gone for black ,would look even better if the grill was honeycomb with no badge,and no strips

I agree, the honeycombs really nice, this is the only option avaliable at the moment.

Just over £100 I think, but new alloys and puppy.....its electrical tape for the time being Im afraid 😃

That's what I'm swayed towards at the moment, just done a better bodge job on it and will keep it on for a day or two.

Arse bandits!!!, thought that would be too much as ideally I would have opted for a thinner red stripe.
Gonna have to try that in the morning as I've lost too much daylight now, may use paint if Kate gets off the laptop!!!!

Given it a go on good ol` paint :thumbup:
Used a different angle as think it may look a little full on from a full frontal...

does the chrome come off there mate? if so spray it a high gloss red.

Posted on another forum, trying to find out how they`re attached, but yes ideally spraying would be best, but this way (with better tape) I could change them back easily.
I could end up having as much fun with these as you do your alloys 😃

Still trying to find out how they're removed, had alook at both red and it looks a little too much, especially from just front on, all black looks the best. I'd quite like a nice dark carbon bit it wouldn't match anything else on the car.

Actually, taking another closer look at the pics, the red and black looks better IMO. I've changed my vote.
