the time has come for me to get my trusty bike out for another summer of hammering
it is great for cardio work and even better for stress as it strengthens your heart muscles and relaxes the mind
gonna be the first time since i was 16 that i am using my bike without smoking lol
i hope to increase my stamina levels as i could only last about 3 hours before running out of energy
as for the seat your ass is stiff and bruised cos u aint used those muscles for a long time
