Ive got a 'chat' (interview) with a property developer tmw, he has a multi-million pound portfoilio in 3 differnt countries!
He has been conned and screwed over by plumbers in the past and so he has decided to take someone on (instead of sub-contracting) to do the work he needs doing
Im bored where i work at the moment, each bathroom looks the same (all in white, with the same tiles & shower) and we seem to do very little else, so this will be a chance to do something new, but i will be working in london, only 20 miles from where i live, but at least 45 mins of travelling each way, compared to 10-15 mins at the moment.
I think my biggest 'worry' is the unknown, i know what im doing atm, ive been doing it for 18 months and i cant see it changing any time soon.
The new job will be site work.......ive only done 1 day of site work before as a plumber but weeks of labouring (putting togther ikea furniture)
What will it be like??
