in ure works u shud have 3 books,one shud be health and saftey at work,an employee ahndbook,and a risk assesment,in the employee handbook it shud give u a breakdown of break entitlements,in the risk assement book,it shud be the working condition which ure empolyer has to abide by,every employyee shud have been given a h&s leaflet or it shud be availble freely for you to read,the risk assments shud be read and signed evry 6months,coz thing change within the law rules...you need to find or ask to see these books to find out where you stand..
