Water in footwell

I think ive bought the titanic 🙁

We had some very hard rain down in west wales last nite combined with alot of high winds,

got in the car this morn and spotted in the os rear footwell the mat was a bit damp, lifted it up to find a puddle :o

when i opened the door i there was a little river but the underside of the door was dry?

the seat is wet from where i lifted the mat

has any 1 heard of the h's leaving water in (08 plate)?

and just to add, the windows wasnt left open,
first thing that springs to mind i know!!!

Thats bad theres no way that should be in there. must of been some seriuos rain to drive through the door seals dunno..

Its not the rear washer pipe is it?

That's not good pal, from the pics it looks like the water has blown under the rubber seal? If it's an 08 plate car, it should still have warranty, so take it back to VX

defo the rain, we do get some clean off wind n rain here being on the coast, back to vx it is coz the horn is dodgy 2, it dont work some days and when u press it, the volume on the radio goes up notsure.gif work that 1 out then...

horn issues are very common m8 on the astra

they tend to work then not work for no reason

spoke to a woman at a vxhall stealership who said her horn stopped working every few weeks, they couldnt find out why
