Just been for the last appointment at the hospital, and while I was there, someone had driven down my front bumper reversing out of their car

Most of the stuff on the bumper is shite off their car, but it's still put a load of scratches into the paint, and bubbled a bit where it's hit the corner under the big white clump in the first picture.
There is CCTV in the carpark, so the security team are going to look and get me the reg.
