well boys :thumbup: here's time to show U what finally we finished with my friend 😃
it took few months to gather everything and we were working in evenings tobuilt it coz
both of us are working but there she is :thumbup:

spec :

4-1 Piper manifold
2.5" Magnaflow - full cat back system( straight throught)
kn induction kit
wiseco pistons 8:9:1
Eagle conrods
Gm performace stuff for head( valves,double springs etc )
ported and polished head
ARP head and block bolts, the same for con-rods
Cometic thicker gasket
bigger injectors from Courtenay

now, engine is running in now,so very very slowly driving now, still have standard injectors coz car isnt remaped yet 🙂
but will be pulley size 2.8" with it plus extra pre-alloy charge cooler radiotor 🙂
anyway,so far its ok, but im thinking about lighter fly-wheel and different cams 🙂

Good work there mate! You should be able to see some rather high results with those steel rods and forged pistons. Looking forward to your charts. Where have you installed the battery? Also, what cams are you currently running along with the double valve springs?

Did my dimensions for the chargecooler work out okay? Is see that the bottom lip/back of the bumper has been trimmed back?

yes Johnny :thumbup: You help me a lot,
the bottom lip is trimmed coz rad is now making the bottom line as U can see boys
the battery is in the boot now 😃

its for lower compresion plus pistons with lower compresion 🙂

If you are considering a lightened flywheel, I suggest that you also budget for a Quaife ATB (Automatic Torque Bias) differential and have it fitted at the same time. You WILL need it I can promise you that!!

My car is a nightmare in 1st and 2nd gear for traction. Accelerating hard in 1st gear is useless! Your spec engine will be capable of producing more power than mine so I would advise you to think carefully and put an ATB on your parts list! You may also want to consider the same engine mount modification that I carried out. I've got an Astra front engine mount and brackets welded to my subframe to keep the engine stable. You may find that you'll soon start having problems with your downpipe where the engine is moving about so much.

I still use standard ECU and standard pulley
IM gona do mapping on EcuMaster,DET3 from boys from Poland
with connection with standard ECU

I know i can use press to remowe old pulley yes?
then want to do dual pass mode and was thinking of using the aircon rad as its empty now

aircon rad would be a good idea for a chargecooler rad :thumbup:

not 100% sure about changing the pulley, try looking on the usa sites like;

to take the standart pulley (steal) away:
c/s outside because not enought place. then with a normel separator with 3 arms- i did it this way. may be with 2 arms also
with the parts from usa to take away the pulley you haven't to take away the c/s. but your car is another one. so i don't know if you have enought place.

not a fix pulley
to place the abapter to the c/c make the adater hot to 90 to 100 celsius. the axle/waves of the c/s have to be in one line with the adapter- i did it so
the pulley is to 6 belt. but you leave one free so i goes also with 5 belt

but don't forget to have a tuned pcm and may be greather injektion valve. with a little pulley comes more air and you need also more petrol and knock retard ....

i have 3.1" and 0,65 bar. but i have a very long way of the air. the long way catch nearly 0.05 bar or so
and i have the older system with 2 separate injetion valve and a separate little pcm only to the 2 separate injetion valve. the orginal pcm is not matched. it's original

Yes Johnny, I had, but then had problem with brackets :wtf: mam who did it for me
suppose to be pro but in real that was crap :evil:
so for now I decided to use one for I have plus will use air-con rad as wel budy 🙂

I have 0.9-1 bar at 5th gear with speed of 150km/h
but normally is betwen 0,6- 0,9bar

I want to go for 2.9" pulley, probably will have to buy them from ZZP

Cologne - what cams U'r usinng ? clutch? flywheel? what horse power ? 🙂

I'm using a 3.1 pulley and full boost @ 12psi. I also have a very short air intake pipe with 2 extra injectors in the pipe at the mouth of the throttle body. I have the lowered compression conversion of 8.5:1.
