Soft clutch pedal....

Hello, guys!
I've got an interesting problem which I want to share with you.

After a long way on the one gear (on the highway, for example) the clutch pedal becomes very soft. Sometimes it's even stay at the floor!
BUT!

This thing occurs only 4 times for the last year.
There's no air in the cluch piping.
The level of fluid is constant!
After several pedal pressing it becomes stiff

So it couldn't be a leak, or airing.
I thought that it could be a master cylinder and replaced it. Nothing changed.

So, it mast be a slave cylinder, right?
Interesing, can it just move away from the pressure plate somehow after a long run?

I would replace the fluid first and then the slave cylinder if the fluid made no difference

Fluid is new....

Well, I understand that I will have to take off the gear box and replace the bearing.... but I don't understand what exactly happens when the pedal becomes soft.... notsure.gif

Well, today it happens one more time! My clutch pedal stayed in the floor 🙁

I came to my work place and first of all checked do we have a clatch kit and bearing to my car.... We don't :lol:
So I had ordered a VALEO bearing, some sealing O-ring and SACHS clutch kit (just in case, if my will we worn).

I heard in Russian Opel forums that LUK clutch kits and bearing (which LUK makes in plastic) are bad. Do you, guys, have any experience in this direction? notsure.gif
