After a 220 mile round trip and several hours standing around in the freezing cold (because I wanted to watch), having paid a visit to MIJ to have my custom dual exhausts fabricated and fitted on Saturday and what can I say apart from OMG, I'm one seriously happy bunny
To anyone who's considering getting this done at MIJ, I'd say do it, seriously, the service is superb and the standard of work is second to none.
They asked me what I wanted and showed me loads of different tail pipes, I went for bigger than I'd planned to in the end and love them. They asked what sort of volume level I wanted, I opted for loud but not deafening (somewhere between mid and full sport) and by god does it sound good. Driving back through Walsall heading towards the motorway watching everyone turn round to look as I drove past did give me a bit of a smug grin on my face.
Cost me more than I'd originally planned as the flexi pipe was also knackered so they replaced that too but £415 in total and I'm still grinning about it.
