VX220 NA parts wanted (performance bits)

After a few bits for my VX220 NA please:

I have a Milltek back box, now need the cat section.
Exhaust manifold, anything that'll add more power considered.
Cams, preferably ones that aren't too lumpy (I drive in town).
Ported TB would be nice too.

bonus if you guys can fit any of this stuff but that's being really hopeful

Looks's like Atom can do some of this but still need an exhaust manifold and TB.
