Hi all, just wanted to update you on the lastest edition to my life. I had my 04 mk4 astra 2.2 for two years and she made such a dent in my wallet with problem after problem she just had to go!! :x
i part ex'd her for the mk 5 1.9cdti 150xp. i was a bit sad to see her go but after driving this 1 that is 4 years and 35k younger then she can go to hell!!
When i turned up at the garage this morn to pick the new 1 up, i didnt even bother to wash the old 1 and the cheek bast**d salesman says to me " you could have washed it" but i couldnt help laugh at my self as i thought " wash it? thats the least of your worries, just you wait until you fire it up mate" as i drove off with a huge smile on my face :upyours:

nice 1 cheers.. once i scrape a few pennies together im gonna invest in 1? word on the street is it push it to 200bhp?

its just taken me nearly half an hr to translate all that as the listing is in german! i have "cut and pasted this from the translated advert: The use is not permissible in the range of the StVzO. I had both a T-Tuning box, and a DTUK Eco 3 box on my Vectra.

The T-Tuning one was just mental, and was only £70 from Germany

Had my Vectra rolling roaded @ Courtenays showing 185bhp, which is a more accurate measurement. The DTUK is fully adjustable with 11 power settings.

The CRD2 has different maps loaded as well

so you can choose how aggressive or smooth the power delivery comes in.

The new CRD-T not only increases the fuel pressure on the common-rail, but also plus into the boost controller, and ups the boost as well. These can see 215bhp
