Id go for wd40 all over the comlete engine let it soak for 10 mins and pressure wash off repeat if needed. Block any holes with plastic bags and duck tape :thumbup:
Ive cleaned T/B with methelated spirits or acetone. just dont soak it!
Inlet you could tip some meths in it or white spirit or spray wd40 it it(removed from engine tho) then flush it out with the hose or a pressure washer, make shure its completely clean and dry tho! before refitting.
Hope this helps. truck wash is good for engine parts but you have to be carefull you dont get it on ruber plastic or paint its a bit fearce!
