it's going down

I hope someone can help me with this my MPG is going down in a BIG way and i no some of you will say its cold out and
that will kill the MPG but b4 xmas it was doing about 30+mpg and it was alot colder then then it is now but just lately
the most i can hope for is 22-25 mpg i'm doing the same type of driving (rd and motorway) as always and one other thing is it's taking alot longer to warm up b4 i can drive off so does someone know whats going on :think: :think:

Tyre pressures are a good start. I've been lucky to get 18mpg recently on town driving and I checked my tyres and found them between 10/12psi down all round.

just had 4 new tyres fitted and all of them are on 30psi front and back and its still the same 🙁

That sounds all good then. How about plugs or coolant temperature sensor?

plug's was changed on the last service (4k ago) and the coolant temperature sensor is still the same one i haven't
changed it can the temp sensor mess it up that much if it not working?
