i remember rubbing down a ford escort i had so it could be sprayed and the bast*rd gave the whole car an orange peel effect,i was suicidal lol cos i spent over a week rubbing it down by hand and using filler on scratches and dents
Thanks mike. It was a bit a bit of a worry after the work i put into it and the thing that worryed me most was the colour match.
When i got it back i thought this looks a different colour but once on it blended in nicely.
The guy who did it has been spraying all our vehicals at work for the last 20 years so i got a good indication of the kind of work he does.
I can imagen how mean you was after puttin that work in for the painter to make a hash of it.
