Last year my timming chain snapped and thank god my boyfriend has an intrest in cars and he re did the head the valves him self in the livingroom what a mess, but now 9mths later car stalled whilst going shopping got towed back he has removed the rocker cover to find chain fine but the inlet cam has seized it has worn away the shells the holes have blocked with the metal filings, we dont know why and what to do new head or new engine and if it was a new engine which one and what woulld we need to change?
The cam was dry no oil on it at all unlike the other one
