Silver_sri ( Rhys) came over today to get his chains done....
So set about stripping it down,removed the coil pack,only to find No4 plug hole filled with coolant....so a quick call to johnny to confirm my suspicsions of a cracked head was made.....however the vehicle isnt losing coolant at all,so continued with the chain job..
Removed the timing cover to find the lower guide bolt loose and the upper bolt missing,all aprt from a few mm of thread left in the head,which was finger tight....,
The balance chain tenioner was very clicky in operation also..
So a few hrs l8r she was all back together and running much better....
Rhys is goin to change his plugs in a few weeks so hopefully there will be no water back in No4 plug hole....if there is, he may need a new head.....
