I've just noticed this week that the plastic cowl covering the steering column is really quite wonky.
I've taken the cowl off this afternoon to see if I can adjust it, but it's set in all the right places. I've been able to get it a bit straighter by releasing the adjustment lever, and hold it straight(ish), and lock it back in place, but it's still not right.

As I had the plastic off, it looks like it's held to the steering column with a metal bracket, and a torx screw. Can this be adjusted?
