dnt mean to scare you or push you into spendin your money, but thats kinda what was happening to me, except, since i dont know what to listen for to know if its a diesel, ill just say mine had a wet chain noise, but at the time i didnt know any of these problems, so just thoet ill take it to the mechanics for a service tomoro and on the way in, chain snapped. had to get a new engine fitted.
so basically do u wanna start cheap or end expensive. thats what happened to me, but im sure most of the people on this site are more knowledgable than me, so dont take my word for it, good luck
