Sorry as I know there has been a similar post on here recently but I just wanted to check! - My car's been slow to warm up for the last month or so, but it does get up to temp in the end and sit there ok. Reading the other post it looks like I need a new stat, but before I do, is there anything I can do with the old one ie. take it out and clean it etc? Where abouts is it on the engine?
