are my new head bolts knackerd

i bought some head bolts tighten them up to the specification then messed up the head as you all know took the head off

spoke to the egineer he said they be fine to tighten back up

spoke to my uncle he said there messed up

but i havent started the engine your thoughts please

It depends on what bolts you have. If you have fitted 'torque to yield' bolts and torqued them down then you need a new set if you take them out. Depends on the bolts you have.
