checking the anti freeze content earlier and noticed how stiff the coolant cap appears to be, was worse when tighting it back down as it was clicking etc thought I'd cross threaded it at first , just had another look at it and first few turns were ok then started to get quite tight and clicking again but eventually with a bit of effort it went nice and tight, someone with weak hands would never get this thing down I don't think!! is anyone else experiencing this out of interest?
