Just follow the thread vocky did and ive done one too.
I dont think you'l gain much if any bhp but it adds to the feel/response of the car.
Start off course to remove matterial then work your way up to fine and polish.
Stay away from the butterfly if you take anything off it or the area were it rests youl get idle problems!
other than that go for it!
