UPDATE Car hit by poooolice earlier this year

If you remember earlier this year I was hit by the police 3 weeks after being hit by a drug induced zombie of a teenager from behind :shh:

first accident in my own car since i passed my test 😛 :roll: , then had another accident days after getting the car back
here are some pics

this is what the police did to my car, they pulled out of a junction on a red light as i was crossing it

well I had a chat with the insurance company and they said that the police are contesting it saying it was my fault that the accident happened

well here are some more photos of my approaching the junction and remember I entered the junction on a green light with no one ahead of me or behind

I cant see how I was at fault considering i couldnt see cars on my left as i approached the junction and that all lanes had traffic waiting at the traffic lights

if you look in 2nd photo I had entered the junction at 30 mph and they were behind that tree

if your light was green you had right of way, the police car does not have right of way with blue lights on, they must be prepared to stop at ALL red lights and proceed with caution across the junction.
