I did mine not so long ago. Its a simple enough job to do. What you do is like said, Cut down both sides of the old one then cut across its width then you can beat it out. Poly bushes are the best for replacements tho as they come in two bits so just push back together by hand. If you buy gm ones you have to get them pressed in.
