Gona treat myself to a new PC as the laptop hard drive is a little full 3% left after a disc deframent

I saw this the other night, the brand name isnt the best but tbh that is a very good spec for the price, should be a very good home setup.

I liked the look of this one but don't need the printer and seems a lower spec

If you are not playing games or doing CAD / heavy duty video editing work etc then i doubt you will see much. I am be tempted to go for the £100 less unit.

I thought the same Si but it doesn't have a wireless network conection and i would like to connect it to the PS3 if possible? a dongle would be £45 so for the extra £100 i'll get that, more memory and more RAM??

To connect it to the PS3, if it's going to be near the wireless router, you can cable it into the router. To be honest, if you were wanting to stream media to the PS3, it's useless over wireless. That's why I went wired.

Go with the cheaper option, then buy some wired ethernet plugs if it isnt near the router.

well I bought myself the PC on it now and love it the screen is HUUUUUUUGE lol

Next question
how do i get the photo's, music (itunes library) etc of the laptop onto here could i make a network with an ethernet cable and copy onto the pc???

No Matt i now have a wireless 3 dongle it is basically a wireless broadband dongle that emits a wifi signal so i can connect up to 4 wifi devices upto it at once

i dont think you sen the data over one of them dongles, thought you need a router and even then its bloody annoying and dont work half the time, but i mite be wrong.
i did the cheap route and broight a external HDD case and remoe the HDD out of the laptop and out it in the case and connect to your pc, then you dont have to fill up the new pc with shit as it all be on the external HDD

😃 , I'd personally buy a cheap USB HDD, and put everything onto that (that's actually have I've done). Much quicker and easier than moving huge amounts of data over a wireless network.

You could also connect the laptop to the PC using a Cat5 X-over cable, and share a folder on each to drag and drop.
