The code is for the throttle body so what i would do is disconect your battery remove the throttle body and clean out thourily
then chech the t/b gasket to make sure its a good seal then refit and reconect the battery after. If still no improvement id check all the seals and vacumes that come off the inlet manifold to make sure its not leaking then if that dosent solve it it'l be a new T/B.
