Battery Light Flickering

Hi guys, just abit of a problem at the moment with my battery light.

at high res the battery light flickers quite dimly..

ive tried;

new relays in the boot (vx220s sometimes suffer from condensation in these)
taken terminals from the battery and replaced / regreased

anything else that i could check?

Dirty / loose earth?

i have cheacked the one on the cam cover, but that looks like its in good nick..

where are the others/

Get a volt meter connect the positive on the battery and touch the negative on the on the engine the reading on the volt meter should read battery voltage if not you have an earth lead fault

on my scangauge it says i have 14.2 on tickover.

under very hard acceleration i have seen it drop as low as 13.9, but i mainly stays around 14.1 - 14.3

it's possibly the alternator dunno..

ollie at phoenix sasy it could be the alt or pre-tensioner.

as it doesnt really effect the car ill leave it until i have my suspension sorted and take it from there.
