It is working.
Today the problem was solved thanks to all of you guys - if i meet you the beers are from me 🙂
All installed and all working.
I am driving it nicely at the moment, so the ECU to adopt the changes 🙂

Not yet.
Driving it very smooth, 20km more and shall test it.
But now i am hungry after all day working!

well done! did you end up making a suppresor in the end?

The suppressor is the stock one. Even no need to cut it. Just used the grinder for a bit and voila enough space for the Manifold.

i got stuck in the same situation when i did mine! i live in the middle of nowhere, using the origional was a handy idea! :thumbup:

hi spacewalker just wondering mate notsure.gif what type & size t/b that you have fitted to your astra. By the way your doing some good work there . Also have you had the astra on the dyno yet & if so what she's got ATW. cheers.. b&b

2.4 is a 65mm tb

2.0 sc is the 68mm tb :thumbup:

I have the 2.0 SC TB - 68mm with flange.
The car at the moment looks like this

I have to install the 2.4 Manifold PCV seal gasket, still waiting to get it from the States. To install the Intake pipes from Vectra C to the airbox and then the dyno run is waiting for me.
Still my car is not mapped, running on the stock maps, probably the AFR is 14 or more, i want to be 12.8-13.0 tops, still working on it who can do it for me here in BG.
