Vectra 2.2 traction control question

Have just bought my first ever vauxhall, a 2.2 sri vectra, I'm guessing it has traction control as the light comes on and off with the ignition,
i would have thought there would be a button to turn it on and off but cant find one, I'm sure Ive read that some have a button, does this mean mine
is just on permanent?

Yea its on permenently but it's an easy job to do and you can generaly pick up a switch off ebay for around a fiver. I think poundy did his recently so have a look for his thread :thumbup:

Wow that's excellent, thanks for taking the time to put that together, will order my switch and follow that, shouldn't be too much trouble by the look of it.

Not that at 34 i need to do burnouts or anything but i would rather decide when i need traction control and when not.

if u get bogged down in the mud or snow then it will help

but i find TC very helpful on icy and snowy roads

i rarely turn mine off now as well
