Hey,
Just read a couple of other threads on here, and now I'm not so sure....
Basicly, I pulled the EGR pipe off the front, put back the rubber ring, 10p + 2p, added the clip. Now I've seen where someone put some paste over to secure it. Will my 2+10 p block hold up? Or should I just get one of these vw plugs I've since read about?
Also the other end of the same pipe, I just made a block off plate, and added it between the gasket and the flange that I cut off the pipe, so that my bracket still went on okay.
Is that an okay way to block off the EGR, and does the EGR pump not keep putting lots of pressure onto the block off?
