How to get more HP....

I don't want to broke the engine, I want to know what I can to increase the horsepower of the car?

What to do, first at all? Cat back exhaust? Sport air filter?

there are many ways to improve the bhp

remove precat
panel filter
4-1 exhaust manifold
comp stage 1 cams or piper cams
gas flowed head
2.4 inlet manifold - after all the above have been fitted

even a supercharger :thumbup:

hiya mate, like Vocky said there are many ways..
What I did to my 2.2 coupe to get it to 176bhp was:
remove pre-cat
remus 2.5" cat back exhaust
custom 2.5" downpipe
200 cell sports cat
pipercross panel filter
veccy c inlet and airbox pipework
2.4 inlet manifold
ported throttle body
think thats it, but all that was under a grand, a remap and cams and it probably would have been around 200bhp.

exhaust precat - simply drill it out = £0
