Found it.....
A while back I had a very close mate who was big into his Triathlons. Every day he would be in the bay on his Turbo Trainner pushing out the miles trainning for his next event.
Being on nights we decided, that being a big race over the weekend we would , well..... gross him out.
I took this picture mid week, and sent it too him approximately 1 hr before his race was due to start,
Sorry if your eating, I have no shame...and have done a lot worse!!!!!
