got 2 new anti roll bar links to fit (this is the 3rd set ive done now!) on sat.
got the new front disks and pads
got the new pulley and belt as well, so thanks to courtenay for there speedy delivery, which i have to say is excellent!!

Have decided to fit polys all round rather than mess around but not got the cash for those this month so they come next month!!

I remember you saying about getting polybushes fitted back last year. It was because of you that I ended up getting mine done. It really complements the Eibach/Bilstein setup. I ended up getting the Whiteline Rear Anti-Roll bar too.

Its an uprated stiffer rear anti roll bar that comes with polybushes for better rear end handling. It transfers more energy into the rear tyres for better grip.

where did you get it from?? did the exhaust manifold make much difference to your power output??

what was the main thing that gave you the additional increase over my original??

The manifold pushed the torque up. I have Schrick cams, a larger charge cooler pre rad, smaller diameter modular pulley, ported throttle body, short air intake pipe and a 2.5 inch downpipe onto a 2.5 inch Milltek exhaust with resinated center box.

Have you changed your downpipe yet?

there are two manifold you can get the cast dbilas one or the stainless steel tubuar piper one

This is correct Scott but it won't make much difference to his performance without changing the downpipe.

yes its straight off in 3" stainless
