my EGR cheat arrived 2day (thanx matt), goin to vauxhall to get the blank then hopfully fit it this w/e
ive bought a T/C switch to do the mod, then its the total close mod :thumbup:

i bring my laptop incase the ABS / TC ecu goes into limp mode

ive been to vauxhall and ordered the blanking plate thats comin saturday, i know the bloke who works there and he said they hook them up to a computer and re-programme the ecu to say its got no egr fitted but it would cost about £40
also ordered the A pillar door rubbers, sun afternoon is best for me mate, have u got a soldering iron

nah i used those connectors for car stereos then black insulation tape then some more to wrap around loom

silly question, but what does an egr cheater do? and if vx will programme it out of the ecu why fit one?

the cheat is £10 but vx want £40 ish,

not all ecu's can have the egr disabled, my old vectra couldn't be done (my friend is a vaux tech and he couldn't do it)

so that is why the egr cheater was born :thumbup:
