odered a tv sony bravia 46 inch it arrived tonight late only for them to take it out of the box and it have a big crack in the casing around the screen this tv was sold as an out of the box one which on there website says is in perfect condition apart from having been taken out of the box ,but the big problem is i got it for a mint price because it was out of the box so its not like its a straight forward replacement because they wont have any the same for that price :oops: :oops: :twisted: :o :evil: :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown: 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁

i dont think so they only had that one tv and ive checked since and they have none at all its an end of line one but ive spotted a samsung i want but its more expensive so am tryin to play the give me a good deal on that one good will gesture aproach, but as it stands theyre in touch with the courier who took it back to make sure theyve got it

It does my head in things like this, why can not items be correct. It's a ball ache to get RMA numbers return them get money back or replacements.
