MikeS is currently arranging a meet for the site in November. I'll leave it to him to post a few more details.

we are looking around mid November

the place in question concerning the meet is opposite birmingham international airport @ 'the clock' pub

about a mile away from junction 6 M42

easily accessible coming northbound concerning the M40 / M5 as well as the M6 / M1 coming southbound

I scoped the area out today and they have a massive car park on the back and I am just waiting for interest from admin/ mod / members before i approach the manager with a date and possible table booking 🙂, sweetener for car park lol

I might also have something arranged later on in the day at star city where mark_g can arrange secured car parking whilst we do whatever

I'll get on the case Monday morning mate tell them possibly 6 weeks and see if their still interested.

Was a good drive out there, shame that airial photo doesn't show how steap that ramp is!lol

I know mines low but I recon if I drive fast enough I'll bounce back up.
We will have to take a drive down in mine, if I have no trouble chances are everyone else will be ok.

so far only 5 people including myself can deffo come

we looking around 15th November on a Sunday so might be week after or week before depending on how many ppl sign up

atm it is not looking so good but let's see what happens before the end of the week

If it's the weekend before or after Daz and myself won't be able to make it.. 🙁

Is there any more interest in this? I have a few more names to add off vvoc when the lads confirm.

Is the location or timing wrong? Need to know so it can be sorted so it can be a good turn out.
After all it's probably going to be a once a year thing.

it will become an unofficial meet as of tonight if no one else signs up

I think even If this doesn't go ahead as a national meet then we could still have the local lads around and make it a midlands meet. Think the other members might just need some more notice as this one was only 6weeks. The likes of PVS are known about for months and months.
Will have to see.

Would the local lads still be up for this?
