needs to be close to motorways for other members coming from a distance
last thing they want is to spend an hour on the motorway and then negotiate traffic around birmingham whilst using a sat nav
need to arrange something so it lasts a day and doesnt cost members too much, no point arranging a few hour meet when peeps are travelling for a good hour or 2
