Fault Code Help - P1512

My first post so here goes :

Can anyone tell what this means : P1512 Intake Manifold Runner Control (Bank 1) Stuck Closed

where it is ( pic would be usefull ) & how to fix it ?

Car hasn't run since putting in engine & this is the only code showing up on the reader.

look at the throttle body and if it needs cleaning then take it off give it a blast with carb cleaner and unplug your battery for 30 minutes and see how u get on

next step is replacement throttle body, accelerator pedal switch or air leak
