Rear/front fog lamps not working

Hi guys, I don't know when my fog lights worked last time as I don't use vectra very often but when I checked yesterday there were not any fog lamp working. If I switch front and rear light I can hear click of both relays and green/orange lights appear on the dash board. However any of these lights are not lit. Car has been MOTed one month ago without problem.....

first thing to check would be the fuses, then the relays

Fuses should be OK, try to swap them and relays clicks, but again, try to swap them with another ones. I never had any problem with fog lamps before.

turn on the lights then get a volt meter on the bulb connections then work your way backwards till u get to the fuse box wiring

most likely dashboard fuse / fog light fuse

the click u experience u sure it is the relay and not just the switch clicking on and off

I can hear click from relays in the fuse box. Front fog lamp can be switched on first, then rear one as well but not otherwise. I could swap relays and check fuses again.

Just removed fuses (20A front/10A rear - they are OK) and there was still click in relays (you can feel it with finger) however no dashboard front/rear fog lamp light. If I check voltage on the bulb what would be the next place to check? Are there any places where could be wiring loom checked?

Right, feel embarrassed as I may disconnected these lamps some time ago myself unintentionally or getting mad notsure.gif . Front lamps were disconnected and rear ones are connected through trailer socket plug which I cut off last summer as I fitted aftermarket tow bar. Have to have a look tomorrow but according to wiring diagrams in hayness it is connected through the plug and I am not sure how did I connect these two black/blue wires.

Sorted, I actually caused these problems. When connected tow bar electrics, I havn't read wiring diagram properly and left one wire isolated (blue/black) one and that was the problem.
