bit more progress this weekend, the mrs let me loose for a couple of hours!
fitted the z20let turbo actuator had to cut the bent part of the attached bracket off, then drill 2 holes to suit the mount cast to the turbo,
as this then offset the actuator less bending was required, i just made sure i used double bends in the shaft so it still actuates in a straight line.
at the mo 2 12mm nyloc nuts are being used as spacers untill i can turn some more pernament ones up at work.
also i have fitted the accelerator pedal and throttle cable which will require some shortening (the end isnt correct for the throttle body either, this i shall sort by buying a motorcycle diy cable kit)
then a sheet steel bracket fabricated to hold it at the old ecu mounts on the manifold, simples!
re-attached and bled my cluctch system through as well, seem to be leaking at my slave cylinder tho :thumbdown: any advice will help!
