I wanted something @45mm internal diameter (to match the cross section area of my ported head) and would also allow me to fit my 68mm throttle body
car went great until the ecu went into limp mode, but I used a cheap cone filter and that may have been the problem.
I may try fitting it again in the spring with a better air filter
The engine runs fine with the modified standard inlet and the 68mm throttle body, so I suspect it was either the air filter or the map sensor positioned in the wrong place
