Big ( ? ) brakes for 2.2 Zafira....help ?

Erm, excuse my ignorance but what is a 308mm setup ? I'm assuming it's a bigger / thicker disc setup that fits standard calipers ? If yes, where are the discs sourced from - Vectra or something ? And would the bigger disc setup fit my standard 15" Zafira alloys / standard calipers etc etc ?

the brakes are off the astra GSi the discs diameter is bigger 308mm you can use the satndard calipers just need to change the caliper carrier and discs and pads but i think you wheels will be to small sorry

You CANNOT fit 308's under 15" rims. The will only just clear on a set of 16" by a gnats cock!

Thanks guys, stamdard setup it is for me then ! I've just forked £150 for some alloys for the wifes car off Ebay so I can't afford to go bigger on mine just yet. I'll wait till tyres are done and then see if I can find a full set on good old Ebay !

Bloody hell, that is a tight fit under the 16". Doesn't look like there is even room for a set of weights in there
