Wobbly rear end!

For a while now my car has felt twitchy at the rear and feels like its moving around a bit. I had a good look today and found this to be culprit;

Sorry the pics arent that great. I dont know the proper name for it its the front bush on the rear susspention arm and its a loose as f**k its got about 8-10mm of play in it. What i need to know realy is whats the proper name for it where to get one and what are they like to fit? also would it be better to go with a standard replacement or do powerflex do an alternative?

As well as that i found out my rear struts are leaking so can anyone suggest an alternative to a standard replacement that arent silly money.

I should of looked first. :crazy: . Its bush,damper,control arm to crossmenber part no 9191309 and90495585. so that is trailing arm front bush in normal terms then? i noticed courtenay's do them with the ARB bushes for the rear for £54.50 is that right?

Ive ordered the rear poly bush kit from courtenays. itl be a job for next weekend i think. Thanks for your help :thumbup:

Got me rear poly bush kit delivered and fitted them the same night. It was quite easy to do i managed to take the trailing arms off without having to bleed the breaks i just unbolted the caliper and tied it up on the spring.

I cut down the face of the bush first then cut across it with a hacksaw and out it poped. not bad.

Here's the old bush in bits;

Im well impressed with the new bushes realy easy to fit they just push together by hand. Its stiffend up the rear end and it dosent move at all now 😃
I noticed one of the rose bushes had a slight bit of play in it so thats my next job. that'l be fun!.

What are the part numbers for these items, My vec is doing the same starting to woble at the rear n front now..

I dont think there's a part number for them. If you look on courtenays site there called front trailing arm bushes and there a polybush replacement so there in two halves and fit a damn site easyer then vx ones. Make sure thats the ones you need tho!
I jacked the rear of my car up then using a pry bar or alternative cheched the side to side movement in them. I had about 1/2 inch play in one side :o . worth having a good look round all of your bushes to make sure and poly bushes are the way to go :thumbup:
