TB mod?

i'm thinking about doing my TB but as i was looking at the HOW 2's on it i read someone used 10k boost to do
it and it worked ok so is it ok to do it this way or is it better to take it off and port and clean it ?

o christ yeah dont do it in place, dodgy as sin!!!! with the throttle bodys you have to be really clean, and wash out the tbs at regular intervals (i used a petrol cleaning tank, water then slosh some petrol thro at the end would do) you can end up with your tb jamming else.
heres a link should be quite self explanatory once your in there DO NOT touch anywhere within the butterfly sweep it'll fuck yer idle(it'll run high=eml)

As said just whip off and clean with carb cleaner.
