I have never had a issue with them at all the client app they use isnt they best and if you upload multiple images with a size of 6mb each it locks a bit.

We've also used the built in one with Amy's Apple Mac, which was VERY good. We used that for our wedding album.
The apple stuff is great i used this when in the US and they came so quick.
