SRi with an Automatic transmission.....help

Hi All,

I hope you can help me with my question.

I have a 03 SRi with an Automatic transmission that I want to change the oil on. I know most of you that have this car have it in manual so searching the threads were just confusing for me.

Can anybody tell me what type of transmission these cars (2.2 SRi auto) have? F17, F18, F23 etc... Also, if anybody has done an ATF change I would really appreciate if you could post the link of the thread/site that you guys have maybe posted about.

I can't remeber the gearbox code for the auto box, but the oil change should be quite easy

If its late vec b it will either have the AF13,AF17,AF20 or Af22

If Its a vec c they will be either AF23,AF33 or AF40-6

Best check with Vx as to what oil goes in them tho,as there is differnt types of Atf

I have automatic transmission and i don't know when to change the oil?? Anybody know?
