Car is back... and running good again... turned out to be a split o-ring in the EGR valve... strange as I never went near that, very confusing still its done now so happy days...
Basically the theory goes... The split ring was making an air leak which was giving a false rpm reading the misture was showing as being weak and the ECU was being fooled into thinking the wheels were going faster then they were so it made the TC system kick in... I get the impression these Z22SE engines are pretty sensitive to say the least...
