I've modded the airbox on my 2.2 Zafira, took out the baffle pipes ( and all the leaves / twigs from the bottom notsure.gif ) and fitted a cold air feed to the front grille. It seems to help with the flat spot I used to get at around 4,000 revs ( yes, Zafiras DO get revved, especially by me :twisted: ). Nice noise when it's booted in third / fourth, but still OK on motorway ( up to the legal speed limit anyway ..)
